If the product is damaged or contains defects you must report said defects to YuYuHakusho.net via email (store@yuyuhakusho.net) with photos of the shipping box, figure box and damages on figure within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. YuYuHakusho.net will then determine the best course of action to be taken. YuYuHakusho.net will not provide refunds or exchanges for any reports received after 7 or more days have elapsed from an order’s date of delivery. If you would like to cancel an order, there will be a ¥2000 restocking fee.
